This master's thesis deals with the evaluation of performance of the company BAWEL from 2007 to 2010. Based on its financial analysis and analysis of financial management and a comparison of its results with competing companies and average values in the respective branch of industry are presented proposals to maintain company performance.

Finance Management Model of Company and His Efficient Implementation

The aim of this dissertation is to design finance management model and then to test it in real company operated in field of facility management (property and asset management in the field of real estate’s). Designed model works with instruments of financial analysis and investment management. Key hypothesis of the model tells that return on equity should by higher or equal in comparison to weighted average cost of capital. This hypothesis is used not only for effective financial management of the company but also for its smaller units (business centres). Part of the dissertation is definition how to implement and use the model (31 steps for the implementation). Designed model (and hypothesis as well) is verified on the case study.

Possibilities of the Financing Large Investment of the Company

Master´s thesis evaluate individual variants of the financing of the large investment of the construction company LUMIMONT s.r.o., respectively both by means of calculations of total costs of individual variants of the financing and also by means of chosen methods for evaluation convenience (effectiveness) of the investment. The result of this Master´s thesis is a selection of an optimal variant for financing this investment of the company.

Golden Rules of Financing - their Observance in Construction Companies

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a financial analysis of seven construction companies based in the Zlín Region. The financial accounting statements for the five accounting periods from 2016 to 2020 are used as sources of information, which have been converted into electronic form and subsequently the values needed to apply the golden financing rules have been removed from them. Data for the same period from 2016 to 2020 were further processed, which is published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in its appendix to the publication Financial Analysis of the Corporate Sphere. From these data, individual golden financing rules were determined, which were compared with the analyzed companies. Finally, the results of the analyzes are summarized and commented.

Proposal of Corporate Financial Plan

The main topic of this master´s thesis is the proposal of Financial Plan in the selected company for years 2016 – 2018. This proposal is based on analysis of company´s data from years 2011 – 2015. Financial planning is a comprehensive set of analyses and calculations that precede the financial plan itself. The thesis also deals with corporate strategy, the company´s goals and objectives that help to reach its goals. Besides the above-mentioned, this work implements the theory in current dynamic period and gives the feedback on the strategic financial plan.

Economic and Financial Management of the Company

The diploma thesis is focused on economic and financial management of the company. The theoretical part will describe managerial accounting, financial planning and financial analysis with the help of literary research. In the analytical part, a financial analysis of a specific company will be performed and the current planning of the company will be evaluated. In the suggestion part, a financial plan for years 2021 and 2022 will be created in the form of planned financial statements and work with managerial accounting will be optimized.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The master’s thesis is focused on the creation of a financial plan for 4 future periods for real company. The first part describes a general structure of the financial plan, its types and specifies the most used analysis. As well as the principles and methods, which are mostly used in financial planning, are mentioned. Based on theoretical knowledge, the practical analysis of current situation, financial situation and future perspectives of the company are included. The financial plan is specified in the last part of this thesis.
